Dental Insurance
As a courtesy, we submit to and bill your insurance company for you. We accept most insurance plans and are happy to file a dental insurance claim on your behalf, so that you may receive reimbursement for any eligible benefits. Please remember that most dental plans do have annual benefit maximums, deductibles and co-payments. Any fee over the usual and customary charges for services provided could be the insurance subscriber's responsibility. Payment is due the day services are rendered.
Our goal is to ensure you receive the maximum allowable benefits given by your insurance plan. Please bring your insurance card or papers on the first visit.
Payment Options
Our knowledgeable staff will work with you to ensure any portion of treatment not covered by insurance is affordable. We accept cash, check, major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, AmEx). We also offer interest-free financing plans through Care Credit.
